College Degree Levels-Master's Degree

What is a Master's Degree?

A master's degree is the next degree level up from the bachelor's degree. A student must have already completed the requirements to obtain their bachelor's degree to be considered for a master's degree. Course work differs for each master's degree, but on average a student can complete their course load within two years. Many institutions offer online master's degrees due to a large increase in demand. Online MBA's are the most popular, but many other fields of study has become available in recent years.
